These terms apply to the use of adinaviolet.com and to the services offered through it by Adina Violet, a nutritional health practitioner and health coach based in Sandbach, Cheshire, United Kingdom (“I”, “me”). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
The nature of my services
I am a Certified Health Coach and Integrative Nutritionist, a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), and fully insured through Balens Ltd, specialist insurers for health professionals.
Everything on this website, and everything provided in consultations, guides, forms and emails, is educational information about food, nutrition and lifestyle. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your GP or any specialist. I am not a prescribing practitioner. I work alongside, never instead of, your medical care team.
If you are pregnant, have a diagnosed medical condition, or take prescribed medication, consult your GP before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes. Never stop or change prescribed medication on the basis of anything I provide. If you are ever concerned about your health, seek medical attention.
Any testing offered (such as hair tissue mineral analysis or red blood cell fatty acid analysis) is nutritional and lifestyle assessment, not medical diagnosis.
Bookings, payment and cancellation
Appointments are booked through my online booking system and paid securely by card at the time of booking. Prices are as shown on the Work With Me page at the time you book.
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, and any payment will be refunded in full or moved to the new time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full — this protects the time set aside for you. If I ever need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a priority rebooking, whichever you prefer.
In-home services (kitchen audits and Cook With Me sessions) are available in Sandbach, Cheshire and the surrounding area.
Your responsibilities
The value of the work depends on the accuracy of what you share. You agree to complete the health history form honestly and to tell me about any diagnoses, medications or changes in your health. You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting your medical team where appropriate.
Website content and intellectual property
All content on this site — text, guides, frameworks, images and design — belongs to Adina Violet and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. You're welcome to share links to the site.
I take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” without warranties, and I may update content, prices and offers at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, I am not liable for losses arising from your reliance on educational content on this site, from decisions made without consulting your medical team, or from events outside my reasonable control. My total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
