What happens in a consultation?
We take the full picture — your history, symptoms, cycle, sleep, food and stress — and you leave with three to five priority actions to start with. It's a conversation, not an interrogation.
Is this medical advice?
No. I'm a nutritional health practitioner and health coach. Everything here is educational and works alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
Do I need to be local?
No. Consultations and follow-ups can be done by video. The in-home work (audits and Cook With Me) is for Sandbach, Cheshire and the surrounding area.
What if I'm not sure where to start?
Begin with an Initial Consultation, or send a message below. If you're not sure it's a fit, ask — I'd rather point you in the right direction than sign you up to the wrong thing.
